Shipping policy

You can refuse the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receiving the product. When returning the product, it must be unused, in the original and undamaged packaging with tags. The buyer is responsible for keeping the item in the condition in which it was received, that is, the item must be free of tobacco, perfume or other fragrances, as well as free of cosmetics and other stains.

If the product does not correspond to the ordered one or is found to be defective, it is possible to change the product, choose another product worth the amount of money paid or receive a refund.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used when purchasing :

  • personalized goods, that is, goods with individual printing;
  • specially created orders according to the customer's wishes, which are not in the general product range;
  • gift cards;
  • products from the "BDSM" section of the website, including whips and whips, BDSM accessories with fabric, leather, latex or silicone parts.

Return and exchange of goods

If the product does not match the order or is found to be defective, CHAOS96 offers free returns and exchanges. In order to return the product or exchange it, you must send an application to the Customer Service by e-mail:  info@chaos96.com.   After receiving the application, CHAOS96 will provide additional information on the procedure for sending the product.

In the Baltic countries, it is possible to return the product using the services provided by the postal companies "Omniva" and "Latvijas Pasts". Returning the goods from other countries must be paid according to the tariffs of the chosen postal/courier company and these expenses are not reimbursed to the buyer.

Product packaging

The goods are delivered in discreet, opaque packaging - a cardboard box, on which the address of the sender and recipient, the place of delivery is indicated.

The carrier and the courier have no information about the contents of the shipment.
